Chef Shelly Rash, of Till Midnight, will discuss tomato varieties and demonstrate the many uses of fresh tomatoes. He will show the audience how to make the Southern favorite, Fried Green Tomatoes, and a Tomato Cream Sauce for homemade Eggplant Ravioli.
