Hope College Dining Services Chef Tom Hoover C.C.C., who was recently named “Chef of the Year” by the Greater Grand Rapids Chefs Association, will explain how to use Farmer’s Market ingredients to create new taste pairings and unique flavor combinations. Learn to make Corn Cakes with Apricot-Cumin Jam and a Plum and Coriander Sauce for chicken.
