The 2009 Parade of Lights is the largest ever! Santa arrives in Downtown Holland during the annual parade, escorted by bands, floats, vehicles, and individuals…all decked out in holiday lights! Close to 70 different entries will illuminate the streets of Downtown during this brightly lit procession.

The parade begins at the corner of Eighth Street and Columbia Avenue and continues down Eighth Street until it reaches the Eighth Street Market Place, home of the Holiday Kerstmarkt. At the end of the Parade, Santa will take the time to greet visitors young and old alike!

If you are an individual, company, or organization that would like to participate in the parade, please e-mail paradeoflights@cityofholland.com or download the application form below. The deadline to turn in applications is Friday, November 13.
