The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index has named the Holland, Michigan area as the #2 happiest place to live in America — right between #1 Boulder, Colorado and #3 Honolulu, Hawaii!

The Index is based on interviews with more than 353,000 Americans during 2009, in which people were asked to assess their jobs, finances, physical health, emotional state of mind and communities.
